By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. Read them once. Most of it is common sense, but a few points matter more than others.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use this site or purchase any product from it. By placing an order, you're confirming that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we have reason to believe this isn't the case.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you think someone else has access to it.

We make a genuine effort to keep product descriptions and prices accurate, but errors happen occasionally: a typo in a price, a discontinued color still showing as available. If we catch a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before doing anything further. You can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

We reserve the right to limit order quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud.

Our products are intended for personal use as described on each product page. You're responsible for using products according to any included instructions and for any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that might affect how a product interacts with your body. Check our Safety & Product Quality page or ask us before purchasing if you're unsure.

To the extent permitted by law, Fever Vibe isn't liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use, use inconsistent with included instructions, or use of a product by someone other than the original purchaser.

Everything on this site (text, photos, product descriptions, logos, and design) belongs to Fever Vibe or is used under license. You can browse and shop, but copying our content, images, or site design for your own use isn't permitted without written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time as our business or applicable laws change. The version posted here is always the current one, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted.
