What Shows Up At Your Door
Your order arrives in a plain brown or grey box (or a matte poly bag for smaller items) with zero indication of what's inside. No product photos, no brand logo, no cheeky slogans printed on the outside. It could be a phone case. It could be socks. It's none of anyone's business but yours.
Inside, we also skip the branded tissue paper and glossy inserts most retailers love. That's on purpose too. The only thing in the box is your order, a packing slip, and care instructions where relevant.
What Shows Up On Your Bank Statement
Your card statement will show a neutral descriptor like "FV RETAIL", not "Fever Vibe" spelled out next to your grocery run. We use a generic billing name so a shared account, a nosy roommate, or a partner scrolling through statements won't see anything revealing.
Who Sees Your Package
Short answer: nobody who matters. Our warehouse staff handle thousands of plain boxes a week. They have no way of knowing what's inside any given one without opening it, and they don't. Your delivery driver sees a box with a shipping label, same as any other parcel.
If you live in a shared building, use a package locker, or have deliveries signed for by someone else, this is exactly the setup that protects you.
